📦 PRESALE SHIPPING INFORMATION

All pre-sale and sale items require extended processing times.

 

 

Please allow 10–12 business days after the sale ends for order processing. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with your USPS tracking number. Please allow 24 hours after receiving your tracking email for shipping activity to update.

SN: Once your order is handed off to USPS, I Am Meledee llc. is no longer responsible for the package. For delivery updates or delays, please contact USPS directly.

🔄 RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Because our products are considered hygienic and custom-tailored, we maintain strict return standards to ensure your safety and satisfaction.

 

 

✅ Eligible Returns & Exchanges:

• You may return or exchange unopened, unused, and untampered products within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be in original packaging with the I Am Meledee security seal full intact.
• Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted and returned to sender.

🚫 Ineligible Returns:

• Opened, worn, brushed, or altered hair extensions
• Packages with broken seals
• Custom-made wigs or items with custom coloring
  All sales are final on custom orders.

💳 REFUNDS

Once your return is received and approved after inspection:

• A full refund minus original shipping costs will be issued to your original payment method.
• Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank to process the refund, depending on your financial institution.

 

 

🔄 EXCHANGES

You may exchange eligible items within 7 business days. Hair must remain:

• Unopened, unbrushed, and untouched
• Security seal fully intact
• Free from any manipulation (no fingers through hair, combing, or product)

If any signs of tampering are found, the product will be returned to you and no exchange will be processed.

 

✂️ CUSTOM WIG ORDERS

All wigs are pre-ordered and custom-made.

Please allow 12–14 business days for completion after your order is placed. Once complete, you will receive a tracking email and can track your package 24 hours after it’s scanned by USPS.

All sales are final on custom wigs and color services.

📫 SHIPPING DETAILS

• Processing Time: 2–3 business days (M–F)
• Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days (domestic)
• Express Shipping: 2–3 business days (domestic)
• International Shipping: 7–10 business days

We ship via USPS only. A tracking number will be emailed after processing.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Please ensure your billing address matches the shipping address to avoid payment delays. Failed transactions due to incorrect billing addresses may show as pending but will fall off.
